Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange & Return Policy:

  • Please be aware that exchanges and returns are only processed when the customer notifies us of any concerns within 5 days of receiving the delivery.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for sizing issues. Please make sure to check and confirm your size before placing an Order. if you receive an incorrect product, a damaged item, or one with printing defects,  you may submit an exchange request within 5 days from the delivery date (including the day it arrives). We can replace the item with the correct product of equal value. There are no additional fees, and we'll coordinate the reverse pickup for your convenience.
  • If the exchanged item carries a higher value, additional charges will apply (the price difference). This amount must be paid online.
  • The items must retain their original sticker label, be neatly folded, and securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the exchange not being processed.
  • Refunds are issued solely in cases where defective products are delivered, and not for any other reasons. If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer support team at support@inlifefashion.com, providing your order details, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective product.
  • In rare instances where a return is approved (with no delivery errors and the correct item received), a fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from your refund. This deduction covers the reverse pickup service, as logistics costs have risen considerably.
  • The refund will be issued to the same bank account from which the payment was made.
  • Please be aware that the color and design of the T-shirt may differ slightly from what is shown on our website, social media platforms, or advertisements.
  • Returns and refunds cannot be processed if there is any minor difference in the color or design of the delivered product.
  • Additionally, if our verification reveals that the defect resulted from your actions or negligence, we will not be liable for refunding any amounts paid to you.
  • To prevent such problems, Do not accept any damaged packages upon delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify.
  • Exchange and return requests will be processed only once per order. 
  • Products that have been used or washed even once are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not-qualified or ineligible for refunds.
  • While we offer free exchanges for size-related issues, refunds will not be provided for these concerns.

Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Summary;

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The original t-shirt tag must be intact and not cut or removed. Items without the tag will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.


How to Request a Return:

  • Email Subject as "Product Return"
  • Include clear photos of the product showing the defect/damage and the intact tag.

Note: Products failing to meet the above criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
